IT Recruitment Intern

About the role

Join our fast‑growing team as an IT Recruitment Intern and support the hiring of top technical talent. You will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers, gaining hands‑on experience in sourcing, screening, and employer branding within the IT sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for IT positions using various recruitment platforms and tools.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract high‑quality IT talent.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to refine job descriptions and recruitment strategies.

Required profile

• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition within the IT industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience or familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
