Investment Strategy Communication & Research Officer

About the role

The Investment Strategy Communication and Research Officer translates macroeconomic insights and investment views into clear, compelling communication for internal and external stakeholders, supporting the Group Investment Office’s mission within Wealth Management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse macroeconomic developments across major economies, delivering forward‑looking insights to inform investment decisions.
• Create high‑quality written content on financial markets, macro themes and investment strategy for reports, articles, commentaries and digital platforms.
• Equip relationship managers and internal teams with tailored communication materials that explain asset allocation, strategy updates and portfolio implications.
• Manage the BIL Investment Insights Blog and ensure consistent, coherent messaging across all stakeholder groups.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Journalism.
• Minimum three years of experience in banking, asset management or wealth management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Bloomberg is a plus.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); French considered a strong asset.
