Investment Manager, Emerging Europe

About the role

Deutsche Bank Wealth Management is seeking an Investment Manager for Emerging Europe, based in Luxembourg. The role focuses on delivering tailored investment solutions to high‑net‑worth individuals and family offices, leveraging deep market knowledge of the CIS and SEE regions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary internal and external contact for investment discussions across the full Deutsche Bank Wealth Management suite.
• Identify client needs, originate solutions and increase wallet share to meet commercial objectives.
• Monitor client portfolios, provide rebalancing ideas and ensure alignment with the Chief Investment Officer’s views and asset allocation strategy.
• Assess client risk appetite, ensure suitability and oversee portfolio construction.
• Document and verify that all investments and trades comply with regulatory requirements and Deutsche Bank policies.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to develop investment proposals, drive pitches and showcase the bank’s capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing investment needs of high‑net‑worth individuals or family offices, particularly in the CIS & SEE markets.
• Strong knowledge of all asset classes and ability to provide strategic, innovative advice.
• Excellent understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks within wealth management.
• Ability to work closely with sales, coverage and origination teams to grow the client base.
