Investment Funds Lawyer – Luxembourg

About the role

BSP, a leading independent law firm in Luxembourg, is expanding its Investment Funds team. The successful candidate will join an experienced group handling a wide range of transactional and advisory matters for local and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on the establishment of funds under Luxembourg regulatory and corporate frameworks.
• Draft fund documentation and liaise with the local regulator.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal, operational and administrative support for funds.
• Counsel investment managers, fund promoters and board members on regulatory issues.
• Assist with AIFM and UCITS Management Company authorisations and PSF licences.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer admitted to List I, II or List IV as a foreign lawyer.
• Relevant academic background for investment‑funds practice.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fund documentation and advisory work.
• Strong drafting abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team‑player attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English and French; Italian is a plus.
• Advanced drafting skills for alternative investment fund documentation.
