Investment Funds Lawyer

About the role

Our client, a leading European law firm with a growing presence in Luxembourg, is seeking a motivated Investment Funds Lawyer. The role offers the chance to deepen expertise in investment fund structuring, regulatory compliance and fund governance within a collaborative, forward‑thinking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the structuring, establishment and ongoing management of investment funds and alternative investment vehicles.
• Provide regulatory advice for Luxembourg and other relevant jurisdictions.
• Draft and review fund documentation such as prospectuses, offering memoranda, subscription agreements and governance materials.
• Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance and operational aspects of fund management.
• Conduct legal research and prepare internal and client‑facing reports on legislation, regulatory changes and market developments.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and multidisciplinary teams on fund‑related transactions and projects.
• Participate in client meetings and help maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with 3–5 years post‑qualification experience, preferably in investment funds or financial services law.
• Strong academic background and interest in financial services regulation and investment structures.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• High level of accuracy, organisation and ability to manage tight deadlines.
• Proactive, adaptable team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Valid Luxembourg work permit.
