Human Resources Internship - 6 months

About the role

Eurobank Private Bank Luxembourg is looking for a motivated intern to join its Human Resources team for a six‑month period. You will support a full range of HR services, gaining hands‑on experience in administration, recruitment support, and procedural improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage holidays and sickness records.
• Handle training requests and follow‑up on training sessions.
• Organise interviews, coordinate with candidates and recruitment agencies.
• Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation for new joiners.
• Maintain employee files, including copying and scanning documents.
• Assist with ad‑hoc HR projects and administrative tasks.
• Review, amend, or draft HR procedures.

Required profile

• Student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or holding an Administrative Assistant/Secretarial diploma.
• Proficient user of the MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Luxembourgish labour legislation and social security system is an asset.
• Strong sense of discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative attitude, and a can‑do mindset.
