Human Resources Business Partner – Luxembourg

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR department in Luxembourg. You will act as a strategic liaison between HR and business leaders, ensuring alignment of people strategies with organisational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from defining needs to onboarding new hires.
• Execute organisational changes such as transfers, promotions, restructurings and terminations.
• Conduct performance reviews, retention initiatives and compensation alignment.
• Lead talent management, succession planning and training program design.
• Serve as the primary contact between business units and HR, addressing employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects and monitor compensation trends.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an engineering or industrial environment.
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical abilities.
• Self‑starter with a proactive work ethic and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English, German and French; Luxembourgish is a plus.
