Human Resources Business Partner – International Engineering Firm

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR department and support the various Centers of Excellence. The role bridges business needs and HR strategy, focusing on recruitment, performance management, rewards, change management, workforce planning, and day‑to‑day HR support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full candidate lifecycle from need definition to onboarding and integration.
• Execute organizational changes such as transfers, reorganisations, promotions and terminations.
• Conduct performance reviews, retention actions and align compensation with development opportunities.
• Lead talent management initiatives and succession planning meetings.
• Support the design and delivery of targeted training programmes.
• Act as liaison between business units and HR to ensure alignment with internal client needs.
• Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution promptly.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects and monitor compensation trends.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an engineering environment.
• Dynamic, hands‑on team player with strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Self‑starter with a solid work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English, German and French; Luxembourgish is a plus.
