Human Resources Business Partner – HR Strategy & Talent Management

About the role

As a Human Resources Business Partner you will work within the HR department to align business and HR strategies. You will support leaders across various Centers of Excellence, focusing on recruitment, performance management, rewards, change management, workforce planning and day‑to‑day HR support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full candidate lifecycle from need definition to onboarding and integration.
• Execute organizational changes such as transfers, reorganisations, promotions and terminations.
• Conduct performance reviews, retention activities and align compensation with development opportunities.
• Lead talent management initiatives and succession planning meetings.
• Support the design and delivery of appropriate training programmes.
• Act as liaison between business areas and HR to ensure alignment with internal client needs.
• Handle conflict and employee‑relations issues promptly and effectively.
• Contribute to or lead specific HR projects and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Monitor compensation trends and ensure alignment with performance and development.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an engineering or industrial environment.
• Dynamic, hands‑on team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑starter with strong work ethic and analytical attention to detail.
• Fluency in English, German and French; Luxembourgish is a plus.
