Human Resources Business Partner – HR Business Partner

About the role

PwC Luxembourg is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the primary HR liaison for one of its internal lines of service. You will help align HR initiatives with the firm’s strategy and support leaders across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement HR programs that support business objectives and firm strategy.
• Partner with team leaders to provide operational HR support, including resourcing, training, performance management, talent development and employee relations.
• Guide the line of service on performance management processes and employee‑relations matters.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to career progression and transitions.
• Identify and develop talent through assessment and development initiatives.
• Address complex or sensitive people‑management issues with discretion.
• Utilise HR metrics and reports to inform business decisions.
• Design and deliver soft‑skill training sessions such as performance management, feedback techniques and potential assessment.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in performance management or assessment.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg labour law.
• Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills in English and French; German is a plus.
• Proactive, flexible, able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Coaching and influencing capabilities to drive results.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
• Curious, creative‑mindset and willing to experiment.
