About the role
The European Investment Bank is looking for HR Service Partners to provide operational and administrative support to its HR Business Partnering Division. Based at the Luxembourg headquarters, the role ensures high‑quality HR services for managers and colleagues while maintaining strict data confidentiality.
Key responsibilities
- Support performance and talent review cycles, staff transfers, contract extensions, and reorganisations.
- Maintain and verify HR data in PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud HCM, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Produce and analyse HR reports for designated directorates, offering insights to HR Business Partners and managers.
- Execute regular and ad‑hoc HR administrative tasks aligned with HRBP priorities.
- Identify and implement process improvements, contribute to technology optimisation, and share ideas to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with expert HR teams (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent Management, etc.) to ensure smooth information flow.
- Provide on‑the‑job training and support to junior colleagues when required.
Required profile
- Flexibility, autonomy and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and discretion due to the confidential nature of HR matters.
- Strong analytical mindset for data checks and reporting.
- Willingness to work on‑site in an international, multicultural environment.

What we offer
- Full‑time temporary contracts (grade 2/3) until 31/12/2027 or 31/12/2028.
