HR Service Center Officer (12‑month Fixed‑term)

About the role

As an HR Service Center Officer you will be the first point of contact for employees, helping them navigate HR administrative questions and Luxembourg‑specific procedures. You will work closely with specialist HR teams to provide accurate, timely guidance and ensure smooth employee administration.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome employees at the HR reception and maintain a professional, organised front desk.
• Answer employee queries via desk, telephone and online platform, offering clear guidance on HR processes, social security, labour law and regional administrative requirements.
• Document questions and answers in internal IT tools to keep information accurate and traceable.
• Collaborate with HR expert teams when specialist input or deeper research is needed.
• Handle incoming and outgoing HR documents and support broader HR administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure confidentiality, quality and timely follow‑up in every interaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (bac +2/3) in administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of similar experience in Luxembourg.
• English proficiency at C1 level; French and/or German are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of standard IT tools and ability to document information accurately.
• Strong sense of confidentiality and care when handling HR data.
