HR Officer – HR Administration

About the role

The University of Luxembourg seeks a dedicated HR Officer to support daily HR administration across its Belval campus. You will ensure accurate employee records, manage contract documentation, and serve as a key point of contact for HR‑related inquiries in a multilingual, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee files and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare employment contracts, addendums, work certificates and follow up on signatures.
• Administer stay authorizations for international staff.
• Process HR data in SAP and handle salary administration.
• Provide first‑line support for all HR questions from staff and managers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR administration.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and Luxembourg employment legislation.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Discrete, accurate, trustworthy interpersonal approach.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
