HR Officer (F/M) – Banking Sector

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join the Human Resources team of a well‑established international bank in Luxembourg. You will support day‑to‑day HR operations and help deliver an excellent employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, off‑boarding and all intermediate HR processes.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates and related documentation.
• Coordinate payroll preparation with external providers and ensure data accuracy.
• Administer employee benefits, leave management and HR records.
• Support recruitment activities, schedule interviews and act as first point of contact for HR queries.
• Ensure compliance with Luxembourg labour law and internal policies.
• Produce HR reports, statistics and contribute to HR projects and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Officer or HR Generalist, preferably in banking or a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg labour law and HR administration.
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
