HR Manager

About the role

ACCUMALUX Group, a leader in injection moulding for batteries and high‑technology products, is seeking an HR Manager to join its management team at the Kockelscheuer site in Luxembourg. Reporting to the CFO and acting as a true business partner, you will lead the entire Human Resources function for the Luxembourg entities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement HR policy in close cooperation with senior management.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee development, retention and off‑boarding processes.
• Manage payroll in collaboration with an external payroll provider.
• Ensure compliance with Luxembourg labour law, collective bargaining agreements, internal procedures and IATF standards.
• Coordinate the training plan and handle INFPC co‑financing applications.
• Maintain relations with staff delegation, public authorities and external partners.
• Optimize the HR Information System and produce relevant HR performance indicators.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum seven years of generalist HR experience in Luxembourg, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Deep knowledge of Luxembourg labour law and local HR practices.
• Proven experience in recruitment, skills development, employee relations and management support.
• Fluency in French and German, with good command of English.
