HR Business Partner & Skills Transformation Lead
EY · Luxembourg
Job description
About the role
EY is expanding its Talent team in Luxembourg and is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner and Skills Transformation Lead. The role combines strategic HR partnering with ownership of EY's skills agenda: acting as a trusted adviser who connects business priorities with talent practices, technology, workforce insights and learning solutions, and as a transformation catalyst who makes work simpler and more technology-enabled.
Key responsibilities
- Advise and coach leaders on people priorities, organizational design, workforce planning, talent, engagement and change.
- Support employees throughout their lifecycle, guiding them and connecting them with the right people, resources and solutions.
- Build trusted stakeholder relationships and influence decisions across a complex, matrixed organization.
- Define and continuously improve EY's skills strategy and skills-based talent practices.
- Own skills technologies: turn business needs into product requirements, priorities and roadmaps, and drive implementation and adoption.
- Use workforce data to identify capability gaps and inform strategic workforce decisions.
- Work with Learning, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and business teams on integrated solutions.
- Identify opportunities to use AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve talent experiences and outcomes.
Required profile
- Six or more years' experience across HR, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning or HR Transformation.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational effectiveness and skills-based organizations.
- Transformation and change leadership, able to simplify processes, mobilize stakeholders and embed sustainable change.
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree and fluency in English; French and/or German is advantageous.
- Ideally agile, forward-thinking and collaborative, with the confidence to challenge convention.
Required skills
- Experience in HR technology, product ownership or transformation, ideally in professional services.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills, with an interest in AI, automation and analytics.
- Beneficial: experience with skills platforms, ProFinda or similar talent marketplaces, and SAP SuccessFactors.
