HR Business Partner – Employee Lifecycle & Labour Law Advisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to manage the complete employee lifecycle for our operations in Erpeldange-sur‑Sûre. The role combines hands‑on HR administration with strategic advisory support to line managers, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg labour law and fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor time, attendance, absences, overtime and shift allowances.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, contract management, performance reviews, disciplinary actions and terminations.
• Maintain relationships with staffing agencies and coordinate external hiring.
• Act as a trusted advisor on labour‑law matters and people‑management issues for line managers.
• Prepare and analyse HR metrics such as turnover and absenteeism, and propose improvement plans.
• Define training needs with managers and organise relevant training programmes.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of HR experience in a demanding environment; experience in the industrial sector is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg labour law.
• Problem‑solving mindset and high sense of responsibility.
• Fluent in English; French and/or German are advantageous.
