HR Assistant Internship – Luxembourg (6‑12 months)

About the role

Candriam, a global asset manager and leader in sustainable investing, is looking for a motivated Human Resources Assistant Intern to join its Luxembourg team. The internship lasts a minimum of six months and offers exposure to HR operations across eight countries.

Key responsibilities

• Support personnel administration, time‑tracking and routine HR paperwork.
• Assist in drafting and distributing internal HR communications.
• Maintain and update internal documents, the intranet and Welcome Packs.
• Coordinate the onboarding and follow‑up of interns in multiple locations.
• Help organise training sessions and prepare co‑funding applications.
• Contribute to the creation of country‑specific regulatory handbooks.
• Assist with cross‑border worker management, including A1 certificates and declarations.
• Participate in various HR projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Human Resources or a related field.
• Gap‑year students are welcome.
• Native French speaker with a strong command of English.
• Highly motivated to work in an international HR environment.
• Availability for at least six months or a work‑study contract.

Required skills

• Fluent French (C2 level).
• Professional English proficiency (B2 level).
