Head of Strategy & Finance

About the role

R3 Robotics is seeking a Head of Strategy & Finance to join its leadership team at a pivotal growth stage. You will combine rigorous financial management with strategic decision‑making to drive the company’s expansion across Europe and into the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full financial architecture, including budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term capital planning.
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models that inform pricing, market expansion, and investment prioritisation.
• Shape and lead the investor strategy, managing fundraising and capital‑raising activities.
• Develop the strategic finance function from the ground up, defining unit‑economics, capital efficiency, and growth levers.
• Partner with senior leadership on market entry, partnerships, M&A, and other high‑stakes decisions.
• Translate complex financial and market data into clear narratives for board meetings and investors.
• Lead financial due diligence and structuring for strategic transactions and new market entries.
• Oversee multi‑entity accounting, audit, and tax compliance across Luxembourg and Germany.
• Identify and actively manage financial risks, and establish KPI frameworks and real‑time dashboards.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in corporate finance, financial planning, and strategic analysis.
• Proven track record of building finance functions in fast‑growing, international companies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Experience handling multi‑entity accounting, audit, and tax matters.
• Comfort operating in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.
