Head of Luxembourg Transfer Agency

About the role

The Head of Luxembourg Transfer Agency will lead the Transfer Agency function in Luxembourg, reporting to the EMEA Head of Transfer Agency. This senior position is responsible for governance, operational control, and service excellence across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Drive process consistency, standardisation and efficiency in line with global and EMEA strategy.
• Lead Transfer Agency initiatives and align them with overall business objectives.
• Support new business onboarding and growth while managing workload and budgets.
• Provide leadership, coaching and strategic oversight to managers and their teams.
• Identify talent needs, foster a high‑performance culture and plan succession.
• Make staffing and organisational decisions, manage expenses and oversee annual salary reviews.
• Participate in divisional and regional strategic planning and translate strategy into local priorities.
• Develop, manage and control the Luxembourg Transfer Agency budget.
• Lead complex, cross‑disciplinary initiatives and collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Technology and Operations.

Required profile

• Seasoned Transfer Agency leader with deep technical, regulatory and business expertise, preferably in Luxembourg or a comparable regulated environment.
• Strong business strategy and planning capability, with experience managing profitability of a major business segment.
• Proven leadership and organisational skills across multiple units or functions.
• Excellent oral and written communication with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through change in a dynamic environment.
