Head of Corporate Finance

About the role

INFINIT is a fast‑growing fintech scale‑up reshaping the future of SMEs. As Head of Corporate Finance you will join the Finance leadership team and drive the financial strategy, modelling and investor communications that support the company’s rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the financial data architecture in partnership with tech developers.
• Transition reporting from a startup to a disciplined scale‑up framework, defining ARR, COGS and management reports.
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for revenue forecasting, scenario planning and long‑range strategy.
• Partner with department heads to enforce budget discipline and commercial deliverables.
• Lead debt and equity initiatives, manage banking relationships and SPV structures.
• Prepare and deliver board packs and investor presentations with clear, compelling narratives.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and insightful commentary.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning or related functions.
• Proven ability to work closely with CEOs, CFOs and senior leadership.
• Strong track record of building finance functions in high‑growth environments.
• Excellent communication skills for investor and board interactions.
