Head of Client Operations & Partner Management

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic leader to head Client Operations and Partner Management for our life‑insurance business across Dutch‑speaking markets. You will guide a multicultural team, ensure seamless service delivery, and act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a multilingual team responsible for partner and client servicing.
• Oversee operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with internal standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Drive collaboration across operational, commercial and support functions.
• Monitor performance through KPIs and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Identify and execute process optimisation and digital workflow initiatives.
• Support strategic projects aimed at service excellence and operational transformation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in financial services, preferably insurance or life‑insurance.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Proven people‑management and leadership capabilities.
• Strong client orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Structured, autonomous, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to blend strategic thinking with hands‑on operational execution.
