Guest Experience Expert (Receptionist)

About the role

The Guest Experience Expert ensures every guest enjoys a memorable and unique stay at our Luxembourg hotel. You will guide guests through check‑in, check‑out and the entire stay, handling requests and sharing local highlights while maintaining a professional presence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services that support guests throughout their stay.
• Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete daily reports.
• Share information about local attractions and hotel amenities.
• Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets and uphold quality standards.
• Ensure professional appearance, uniform compliance and clear communication.
• Remain on your feet for extended periods and handle objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Good command of French and English; Luxembourgish or German is an asset.
• Legal authorization to work in Luxembourg.
