About the role
Xyqar is building a high‑trust cyber talent platform and needs a GTM/Business Development Lead to create commercial traction from scratch. This remote, commission‑only position focuses on outbound sales, partnership sourcing, and pipeline generation for a SaaS solution targeting recruiters and cyber talent markets.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute outbound go‑to‑market activities.
- Identify, approach, and qualify target customers, recruiters, partners, and intermediaries.
- Build a qualified pipeline and directly contribute to revenue generation.
- Refine market positioning, messaging, and commercial priorities based on early feedback.
- Report on outreach metrics, conversion rates, and overall traction.
- Collaborate closely with leadership on GTM strategy and execution.
Required profile
- Proven business development or GTM instincts in B2B environments.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, relationship building, and commercial conversion.
- Ability to work autonomously in an early‑stage startup.
- High seriousness, responsiveness, and disciplined execution.
- Familiarity with recruiting, talent, SaaS, cyber security, or related sales sectors is a plus.
