Group Compliance Counsel & PMO

About the role

Ferrero is seeking a Group Compliance Counsel & PMO to join its Group Compliance Competence Center at the Luxembourg headquarters. The role combines legal expertise with project‑management responsibilities to strengthen the company’s compliance framework across functions and regions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Head of the Group Compliance Competence Center in designing and implementing an effective compliance plan.
• Contribute to the Integrated Assurance project and oversee risk‑management and prevention activities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional and cross‑regional compliance initiatives, ensuring clear priorities and timelines.
• Manage the development and rollout of digital compliance tools, knowledge‑management systems, and reporting channels.
• Advise business units, create both generic and tailored compliance training, and maintain clear communication on compliance matters.
• Collaborate with the GRC department to develop, implement, and maintain legal‑owned policies that foster a culture of integrity.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law with a solid foundation in compliance, ethics, and competition law.
• Approximately 10 years of professional experience in multinational companies or law firms.
• Strong organizational and project‑management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across teams, functions, and geographic locations.
