Graduate Finance Consultant

About the role

Join the Avantage Reply team as a Graduate Finance Consultant, supporting clients in the financial services sector with risk management, finance, and compliance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in developing and integrating solutions across governance, policies & procedures, optimal processes, analytics, and risk models.
• Gain hands‑on experience with day‑to‑day activities of financial institutions, including statutory reporting production, process enhancements, and implementation of new regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal experts and client teams, providing exposure to C‑level management within the banking industry.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a Business‑related field.
• Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
• Result‑oriented with the ability to set clear goals and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail.
