Global Events Financial Controller – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Global Events Financial Controller to manage the full financial lifecycle of Tether’s international events, from vendor quotations through final payments and annual budget reconciliation.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate vendor quotations for global events.
• Develop, track and report budgets, providing real‑time financial clarity to the Events team.
• Manage contract signature processes.
• Oversee invoicing and payment workflows.
• Perform multi‑currency and multi‑company reconciliations.
• Prepare post‑event financial reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of accounting experience in the Events, Travel or Hospitality industry.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
