Fund Services Oversight and Governance Manager

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Fund Services Oversight and Governance Manager to provide end‑to‑end oversight and governance of NAV and fund administration activities performed by third‑party administrators (TPAs). The role ensures accuracy, timeliness, regulatory compliance and high‑quality service aligned with Invesco’s operating model and risk framework.

Key responsibilities

• Own and oversee the control framework supporting NAV oversight, reviewing TPA reporting and validating key controls.
• Monitor, assess and report on NAV‑related services delivered by TPAs against agreed SLAs.
• Lead monthly and periodic service review meetings across multiple fund ranges and service providers.
• Drive operational readiness and oversight for product launches and change initiatives.
• Oversee delivery of regulatory and financial reporting for Luxembourg‑domiciled funds.
• Identify and implement enhancements to oversight frameworks, controls and processes.
• Lead periodic due‑diligence reviews of TPAs, assessing control environments and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in asset management, fund administration or NAV oversight.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing TPAs or fund service providers.
• Experience across complex asset classes (e.g., bank loans, real estate) is preferred.
