Fund Senior Manager (Accounting) – Flexible, Human‑Sized Team

About the role

We are partnering with an established fiduciary firm in Luxembourg that provides administration and servicing for international investment structures. The Fund Senior Manager (Accounting) will act as a trusted advisor to sophisticated clients, lead outsourced fund‑accounting teams, and contribute to the firm’s strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee outsourced fund‑accounting teams to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting, NAV calculations and client deliverables.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, service providers and internal stakeholders, maintaining strong, long‑lasting relationships.
• Ensure robust corporate governance by managing approval processes, delegated authorities and internal controls.
• Drive operational efficiency by monitoring KPIs, service levels and implementing process improvements across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance and Legal teams to guarantee regulatory compliance and effective risk management.

Required profile

• Significant experience overseeing fund‑accounting operations in Luxembourg, preferably within a fiduciary, PFS, asset‑manager or fund‑services environment.
• Fluent English; French is an asset.
• Strong understanding of NAV oversight, financial reporting, capital activity, billing and KPI/SLD management for alternative investment structures.
• Comfortable working within Luxembourg’s regulatory and AML framework and coordinating with Risk, Compliance and Legal functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred) with proven leadership and operational management skills.
