Fund & Corporate Services Senior Officer

About the role

Alter Domus is seeking an experienced professional to join its Fund Services team in Luxembourg. As a Fund & Corporate Services Senior Officer you will own a client account, acting as the primary liaison for all related matters and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Set up alternative investment funds, coordinating with tax specialists, lawyers and notaries.
• Manage day‑to‑day fund operations, liaising with investors, fund managers and third‑party service providers.
• Prepare periodic Net Asset Value calculations, year‑end financial statements and regulatory reports.
• Coordinate audit processes and review fund‑related reports for accuracy.
• Oversee investor servicing activities, including onboarding, capital calls, distributions and shareholder statements.
• Organise and support board and shareholders’ meetings.
• Review tax returns, maintain tax balances and interact with tax authorities.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics or an ACCA qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience in alternative investment fund administration, audit firms or domiciliation.
• Fluent English; French or German is an asset.
• Strong client‑relationship skills and the ability to work independently.
