Fund Corporate Officer - French Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a Fund Corporate Officer who is fluent in French to join our Investor Services group. Leveraging your background in corporate, company or fiscal law, you will coordinate the day‑to‑day administrative and legal formalities for a diverse portfolio of regulated and unregulated entities, including real estate, funds, trusts and companies.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client queries related to account opening, acquisitions, board resolutions, official publications, notarial deeds, incorporations and liquidations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks and external partners, delivering customer‑centric solutions.
• Ensure KYC compliance by preparing, monitoring and maintaining robust client files.
• Lead board and shareholders meetings and review related minutes, agreements and documentation.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Corporate, Company or Fiscal law.
• 2‑4 years of professional experience in corporate law, including 1‑2 years in a corporate officer or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Hands‑on experience with acquisitions, board resolutions, company incorporation, liquidation, proxies and annual reporting legislation.
