Fund Administration Manager – Accounting & Valuation (Real Estate)

About the role

IQ Solutions is seeking a Fund Administration Manager to lead the accounting and valuation function for a portfolio of complex alternative fund structures, primarily in real estate. You will own daily NAV calculations, financial reporting, and serve as the senior point of contact for clients and third‑party stakeholders while managing a team of experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and review standalone and consolidated NAV production, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Oversee day‑to‑day fund accounting, management accounts, tax, and investor reporting across the client portfolio.
• Support regulatory reporting deliverables such as TAC, AIFMD, and other legal requirements.
• Act as senior liaison for clients, auditors, and third parties, managing SLAs and governance meetings.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team, planning workloads and fostering a collaborative service culture.
• Maintain key controls, compliance checks, and risk‑monitoring procedures.
• Oversee offshore outsourcing arrangements, including KPI/KRI reviews and due‑diligence.
• Drive process re‑engineering to reduce manual touchpoints and operational risk.

Required profile

• Significant experience in fund administration, accounting, and valuation of alternative assets, especially real estate.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high‑performing team.
• Strong client‑facing abilities and experience handling complex stakeholder relationships.
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks such as AIFMD and TAC.
