Fund Accounting Manager – Luxembourg

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Manager / Senior Manager to lead our Fund Accounting team in Luxembourg. The role involves overseeing a portfolio of alternative investment structures and delivering high‑quality accounting, reporting and investor servicing to an international client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Luxembourg investment funds and special purpose vehicles (SPVs).
• Review NAV calculations, financial statements, capital calls, distributions and investor reporting.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, auditors, tax advisers and other stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of fund accounting professionals.
• Ensure compliance with Luxembourg regulatory and reporting requirements, including AIFMD.
• Support audits, fund launches, onboarding projects and continuous process improvements.
• Maintain high service standards and strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Proven experience servicing alternative investment funds (Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Debt).
• Solid understanding of Luxembourg fund structures (RAIF, SIF, SICAR, SCSp, SOPARFI).
• Strong knowledge of Lux GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Experience with capital calls, distributions, carried interest and waterfall calculations.
• Understanding of AIFMD and Luxembourg fund industry regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership and people‑management abilities.
