Functional Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Functional Project Manager to lead the evolution of a customer‑facing CRM platform based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role blends functional project management, business analysis and solution design within a low‑code environment, working closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA and Solution Architects.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet evolving business needs.
• Gather, analyse and challenge requirements, translating them into functional specifications, user stories and solution designs.
• Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders and drive functional design activities.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, QA teams and Solution Architects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support solution validation, user acceptance testing and production roll‑outs.
• Manage stakeholder communication, project follow‑up and functional issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities for process and CRM optimisation and contribute to governance and best‑practice initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant, Functional Project Manager or Business Analyst working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or similar enterprise CRM platforms.
• Proven track record configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Strong functional design and business analysis capabilities.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Hands‑on experience with low‑code platforms and customer‑facing applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to work closely with Project Managers, Developers and QA teams.
