French Speaking Trainee Auditor – Start Jan 2027

About the role

KPMG Luxembourg is looking for French‑speaking trainee auditors to join its audit team starting in January 2027. This graduate‑level programme offers hands‑on experience with a diversified portfolio of international clients, allowing you to develop deep knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP and audit methodology.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior auditors in planning and executing audit engagements for a variety of companies.
• Analyse financial data, review financial statements and assess compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
• Evaluate clients' systems and processes, both on‑site and virtually, to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare documentation and audit evidence to support audit conclusions.
• Interact with clients in English and French, building professional relationships.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a master’s programme in accounting, finance, engineering or IT.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• High ethical standards and commitment to independence.
• Effective problem‑solving and time‑management capabilities.
