Flight Dispatch Support Intern

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Flight Dispatch Support Intern to join our Operational Control Center at Luxembourg Airport. You will gain hands‑on experience in real‑time business aviation operations, supporting the dispatch team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the dispatch team with real‑time flight authorisations and traffic‑rights management.
• Handle last‑minute changes and approvals required for flight operations.
• Monitor and update flight authorisations to ensure compliance with aviation authorities.
• Collaborate with dispatchers to keep flights aligned with operational and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives within the OCC.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Aviation, Air Transport or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of flight operations in business aviation is a plus.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and react quickly to changing situations.
• Customer‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

• Monthly gross salary ranging from €1,000 to €1,500 depending on study level.
