Financial Controller – Remich (Luxembourg)

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Controller to join a dynamic finance team of 12 in Remich, Luxembourg. The role offers the chance to work in a modern, people‑first environment with excellent on‑site facilities and direct interaction with senior leadership, including the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Own financial controlling activities across the organization.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, forecasts and performance metrics.
• Support strategic decision‑making with accurate financial data.
• Collaborate with various departments and senior stakeholders.
• Maintain regular communication with the CEO on relevant financial matters.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in external audit or financial controlling in Luxembourg.
• Background in a Big Four firm is a strong plus.
• Fluent German and strong English; French and Luxembourgish are assets.
• Desire for a stable, long‑term career in an international, multicultural setting.
