Financial Controller – Remich (Luxembourg)

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Controller to join a dynamic finance team of 12 in Remich, Luxembourg. The role combines financial controlling, reporting and strategic analysis within a stable, people‑first international group.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct performance analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with various departments and senior stakeholders, including occasional direct interaction with the CEO.
• Take ownership of financial controlling activities across the organisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in external audit or financial controlling in Luxembourg.
• Experience in a Big Four firm is a strong plus.
• Fluent German and strong English; French and Luxembourgish are assets.
• Desire for a stable, long‑term environment and ability to thrive in an international, multicultural setting.
