Financial Controller – Luxembourg

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Controller to join a dynamic, human-sized finance team of a leading industrial group based in Luxembourg. The role will support the group’s financial planning, reporting and audit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Manage month-end closings and perform account reconciliations.
• Produce monthly financial reports and conduct related analyses.
• Coordinate the annual audit and prepare statutory accounts.
• Deliver ad-hoc financial analyses aligned with the finance department and overall group strategy.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Controlling.
• Minimum 4 years of audit experience in Luxembourg, preferably with commercial clients and holding structures.
• Experience in accounting or controlling is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting at a holding-company level.
