Financial Controller

About the role

The Financial Controller will lead the company’s accounting and financial operations, ensuring compliance with standards and supporting strategic decision‑making. Based in Luxembourg, you will work closely with operational teams and senior management to drive financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all accounting and financial activities across the organization.
• Develop, implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures in line with GAAP or IFRS.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Conduct in‑depth financial analyses to identify trends, variances and improvement opportunities.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes with internal stakeholders.
• Manage internal and external audits and maintain relationships with auditors.
• Provide financial advice to operational departments to optimise resource allocation and profitability.
• Participate in strategic planning and help shape financial action plans.
• Coach, train and evaluate a high‑performing accounting team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BAC+5) in finance or accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the financial services sector.
• Solid background in fund management, accounting and taxation.
• Strong analytical abilities and a proactive, autonomous work style.
• Fluency in both French and English.
