Financial Controller / Auditor – Luxembourg (Travel Benefits)

About the role

Join a prestigious international group based in Mondorf-les-Bains as a Financial Controller and Auditor. You will be part of a 12‑person finance team, driving financial controlling, audit, reporting and performance analysis across the organisation and its subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of financial controlling activities, ensuring accuracy and insight.
• Conduct audits of subsidiaries to guarantee financial consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and contribute to consolidated financial statements, budgets, forecasts and performance reports.
• Support strategic decision‑making by providing timely financial analysis.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including direct interaction with the CEO when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 6‑month internship in external audit or financial controlling in Luxembourg; Big Four experience is a strong plus.
• Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Fluent German and strong English; French and Luxembourgish are advantageous.
• Desire for a stable, long‑term environment with opportunities for growth.
• Comfortable working in an international, multicultural setting.
