Finance Transformation Senior Manager (AI & Digital)

About the role

PwC Luxembourg is seeking a Finance Transformation Senior Manager to lead complex digital transformation programmes for CFOs and finance leadership teams. You will shape strategic roadmaps, supervise delivery teams, and drive engagements in emerging technologies such as Gen‑AI, Agentic AI, Treasury Management Systems and next‑generation ERPs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end finance transformation engagements from scoping to execution.
• Supervise and coach teams on AI‑enabled use cases, prototypes and digital finance solutions.
• Assess emerging technologies, AI capabilities and finance platforms to guide client decisions.
• Elevate client deliverables using expertise in data processing, financial modelling and reporting.
• Develop proposals, commercial pitches and internal thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Mentor and develop the Finance Transformation team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in finance transformation, AI/ML solutions or financial systems implementation.
• Strong technical background with Python, AI/ML frameworks, automation and agent design.
• Deep knowledge of finance processes, accounting standards and regulatory considerations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and AI‑driven features.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder‑influence skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling abilities.
• Relevant certifications (CFA, ACCA, CMA, etc.) are valued.
