Finance Manager – Financial Leadership & Reporting

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to act as the primary substitute for the Head of Finance, overseeing the monthly close, reporting, and strategic financial analysis. The role also leads budgeting, process optimisation, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure accurate financial information and support decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main substitute for the Head of Finance, stepping in as needed.
• Own the monthly accounting close process and ensure timely, accurate consolidated group reports.
• Prepare and present year‑end financial statements in line with local regulations and IFRS 16.
• Lead budgeting, variance analysis and KPI dashboard preparation with key stakeholders.
• Drive process and system optimisation, including ERP implementation and automation of manual journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with VAT filings, tax returns and coordinate audit documentation for external auditors.

Required profile

• Support the Head of Finance by managing daily financial operations and delivering precise financial reports.
• Demonstrate strong analytical abilities to interpret trends and provide insights for strategic decisions.
• Coordinate finance team efforts, fostering collaboration and alignment with business objectives.

Required skills

• IFRS 16 knowledge and application.
• Experience with ERP systems and finance process automation.
