About the role
Lightspeed is expanding its restaurant platform in Luxembourg and seeks a Field Account Executive to build the market from the ground up. You will use a consultative sales approach to identify, engage and sign up new restaurateurs, helping them adopt Lightspeed’s POS and SaaS solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify prospect lists of restaurants across Luxembourg and manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to contract signing.
- Conduct in‑person and remote product demonstrations, tailoring solutions to each prospect’s operational needs.
- Develop trusted relationships with owners, operators and decision‑makers and act as the primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery after the sale.
- Maintain accurate activity, pipeline and forecast data in Salesforce.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and position Lightspeed as a leading restaurant and POS provider.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and French; German or Luxembourgish is a strong asset.
- Proven B2B field sales experience, preferably in restaurant operations or related SaaS markets.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Required skills
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
