Experienced Tax & Compliance Advisor

About the role

RSM Luxembourg is seeking an Experienced Tax & Compliance Advisor to join its tax practice. You will work within a collaborative, multicultural team, handling a portfolio of corporate clients and providing both compliance and strategic tax planning services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a client portfolio and supervise the full process of corporate income tax return preparation, review, and filing.
• Review tax work produced by colleagues and serve as the internal point of contact for corporate tax compliance technical issues.
• Liaise with Luxembourg tax authorities during audits.
• Supervise and support junior team members in their professional development.
• Contribute to process‑improvement and automation initiatives within the tax department.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Luxembourg tax compliance, preferably with a Big 4 or a specialized Luxembourg tax firm.
• Luxembourg complementary tax exams or “Expert Comptable” title is an asset.
• Fluent in French and English; good German and Luxembourgish skills are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Analytical, eager to learn, motivated by challenges, and capable of working independently while being a proactive team player.
