Experienced Lawyer – Litigation & Dispute Resolution

About the role

We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in Luxembourg. You will handle complex commercial disputes from start‑to‑finish and work closely with senior partners and cross‑practice colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all stages of litigation and dispute resolution, including contract, lease/property, construction, asset tracing, enforcement and insolvency matters.
• Develop litigation strategies, draft court submissions and represent clients before Luxembourg courts.
• Conduct legal research and monitor legislative and regulatory developments.
• Collaborate with Corporate, Banking & Finance, Employment, Real Estate and Tax teams on multidisciplinary cases.
• Contribute to the firm’s knowledge base and business‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• Member of the Luxembourg Bar.
• University degree in Law; post‑graduate qualification is a plus.
• 5–8 years of post‑qualified experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution at a recognised law firm.
• Excellent analytical and drafting abilities.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); Luxembourgish or German is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a client‑focused, pragmatic approach.
