Executive Search Partner

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Search Partner to lead global talent acquisition for senior and executive‑level positions in fast‑growing technology companies. Operating fully remotely, you will work across multiple regions and time zones, shaping hiring strategies and delivering high‑impact leadership hires.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end executive search processes, from strategy design and sourcing to interview coordination, offer negotiation and closure.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and market maps for key functions using proactive outreach, referrals and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles and ensure a structured interview experience.
• Conduct market intelligence, compensation benchmarking and competitor analysis to support hiring decisions.
• Track recruitment KPIs, improve time‑to‑hire and candidate experience, and maintain data quality in ATS systems.
• Coach hiring managers on best practices, including diversity‑aware sourcing and structured evaluation.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of hands‑on executive search or senior‑level recruitment experience, preferably in‑house or retained search.
• Proven success closing Director, VP or C‑suite roles in competitive technology, SaaS, fintech, gaming or similar sectors.
• Strong understanding of global talent markets, especially EMEA and international tech ecosystems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Highly organized, autonomous and comfortable in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using ATS platforms and data‑driven recruitment practices.
