About the role
Wolt is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to lead relationships with large restaurant enterprise clients across its global platform. You will act as the main point of contact, driving growth and operational excellence for nationally‑recognised brands.
Key responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of high‑value restaurant enterprise accounts end‑to‑end.
- Lead commercial negotiations and strategic planning with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan, launch and optimise advanced promotional campaigns, including Wolt+, Wolt Ads, Wolt Drive and Wolt Capital.
- Analyse partner performance data (conversion rates, delivery efficiency, etc.) and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape internal tools and best practices for the enterprise account management community.
Required profile
- Self‑starter with strong drive and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Proven experience managing large enterprise accounts, preferably in the restaurant or logistics sector.
- Ability to work across multiple organisational layers, from central decision‑makers to regional managers and local stores.
- Data‑driven mindset with a focus on long‑term growth and profitability.
