About the role
The Digital Sales Analyst will support Cargolux’s sales organization by uncovering commercial opportunities and risks across digital sales channels. You will work closely with channel users, system providers, marketing and revenue management to enhance the company’s digital distribution strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and quantify opportunities to improve digital sales performance and pipeline development.
- Monitor, forecast and report on digital channel traffic and conversion metrics.
- Develop analytics and reporting that provide actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with marketing to create communication plans and support revenue initiatives.
- Gather user feedback, translate it into clear user‑stories and feed the product backlog.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape and best practices.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical or quantitative discipline.
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in digital sales analytics or a similar field.
- Strong business acumen and a rigorous, structured mindset.
- Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated, able to prioritize tasks autonomously.
- Curiosity about digital technologies and analytics systems.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
