Digital Analytics and Insights Manager

About the role

This is a one‑year remote contract for a Digital Analytics and Insights Manager supporting a global consumer‑goods organization. You will design and own the digital measurement strategy, turn raw performance data into actionable insights, and help drive brand growth across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously improve the global digital measurement framework, aligning KPIs with marketing and engagement goals.
• Identify and close gaps in data collection across websites, social media, campaigns and apps by working with cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain the end‑to‑end digital data ecosystem to ensure accurate, reliable data capture.
• Analyse multi‑channel data and produce performance narratives and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Leverage social listening, sentiment analysis and search data to surface emerging consumer behaviours.
• Build and refresh executive dashboards and reports that highlight key insights and actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in digital analytics, business intelligence or marketing measurement.
• Strong background in FMCG marketing analytics, preferably with experience at major consumer brands.
• Proven ability to develop measurement frameworks and manage analytics across multiple digital channels.
• Experience working in multinational organisations with complex stakeholder environments.
